Her story just breaks my heart and I could not help but cry. What if that were my child? I could not even bare the thought. No child deserves to fight cancer at such a young age, or at all!
I'm sorry for continually posting "sad" or "depressing" links to blogs, but I find these blogs full of love and hope and they remind me that I have SO much to be thankful for. Maybe they'll do the same for you.

I just saw this blog today too. It makes me really put things into perspective and makes me feel really horrible for wishing for a longer nap/quieter house etc. The strength and faith I see in those blogs and the fight I see those kids exhibiting makes me hug my kids that much tighter and feel so thankful for what/who I have...

I got the link to this blog in my email and it was soooooo hard to read. When I was 35 weeks pregnant they found around J's kidney and initially thought it was neuroblastomo and the wait was the worst. Thank goodness it wasn't, but that makes it even more difficult to read that blog. Poor Layla. Thanks for sharing!
