It's Spring Time!!!!!
This is such a beautiful time of the year!! I love it! It's so nice and breezy outside! This weather makes me want to work in the yard and plant lots of pretty flowers, trees, and bushes! I suppose I (or maybe I should say Rhett) better do it soon before it becomes a sauna outside!

=)
Anywho, this weekend was a 3 day weekend for me and I just love 3 day weekends!! I actually can't think of any one who doesn't. Rhett and I pretty much just spent the weekend relaxing and hanging out with friends and family. Saturday night we went over to Melissa and Nate's house and played the funnest game ever...Loaded Questions!! I always find myself hysterically laughing when we hang out with Melissa and Nate. I love it! Surprisingly we stayed up until about 1:30 am playing the game, that is until we realized exactly what time it was! Oops! Sunday was of course Easter. I just love spending holidays with family and this Easter we spent it with Rhett's entire side of the family. Rhett and I helped hide like a thousand Easter eggs for the little kids. Let me tell you, I am one good Easter egg hider! I guess I kind of forgot that we were hiding them for 5 year olds. I was camouflaging them and covering them with leaves and such...meanwhile Rhett's just throwing them out in the yard!! Rhett said I had to make it easier for them!! Oh well, somehow they found them all, or at least we think they did! It was such a calm and loving feeling standing outside, holding hands with Rhett, and watching the little kids scramble to find all the hidden eggs on such a beautiful day. Such simplicity, but it's just so great!

Game Night!!

Taking off the mask!
I had a great weekend! Very emotional, but oh so great!! I went with Kelly and Rhett's mom to a Women's Retreat this weekend in Destin. The theme was Stop The Masquerade and we discussed how each of us have different "masks" that we put on in different situations...masks of pride, masks of past, masks of family, etc....and all of these masks can interfere with our relationship with God. One of my masks (often times we have more then one) is my past. There are certain things in my past that I am so ashamed of, but I learned that God has forgiven me and I need to shed that mask in order to move on from my past. It was an amazing realization. Like I said, we had an emotionally draining weekend! The hotel we stayed at was beautiful! Kelly and I shared a room and Rhett's mom and dad shared a room (Rhett's dad did come, he basically stayed in the hotel room and played the guitar the whole time!!). We also ate very well, Rhett's parents always see to that. One place we ate at we had a view of the beach and let me just say that water was very rough! The waves were huge and it was incredibly windy. While we were eating we were just watching this boat that was anchored a little bit away from the shore. Someone must have forgotten that it was there because it was getting pounded by the waves. We all knew that it was going to sink soon!! And sure enough, the next day we drove by to see if it was still there and it had indeed sunk and was washed up onto the shore in pieces!! We couldn't believe it! I really feel sorry for whoever owns that boat!!
Anywho, once I got home from Destin I took the longest nap and spent the rest of the weekend with Rhett, Aubbie, Mimi, and Libby. This weekend made me so incredibly thankful for all the loving people in my life. I don't know who I'd be or where I'd be without them!!
PS..see August Rush, it's so good!!!

Inside the beautiful hotel! We loved all the vegitation!

I finally found the perfect shirt to wear to her Diamonds and Denim Bachelorette Par-Tay (which, can I say is the cutest theme ever)!! I just can't wait!

Rhett's butt = Nice
Not much to update this week...but here goes....Hi to all the Tate football coaches that read this consistently and are able to find material to make fun of Rhett about. It's nice to know it's y'all Googling Rhett so much and not some stalker...that puts my mind at ease. I will try and keep posting amusing info about Rhett...
Speaking of which, Rhett joined a BASS Master Federation Club. His first tournament is this weekend at Lake Seminole. The good thing about being in this BASS Club (as Rhett pointed out to me) is that if he does good, he has a chance to fish against the pros. And yes, there are pro bass fisherman. I was surprised when I found out as well...and Rhett wants to be one. So, whatever Rhett wants, I want...sooooo good luck to Rhett!
And now, off the topic of my of so cute husband (who yes, I Love Rhett's Ass...your right, he does have a nice butt)....by the way, if you want to post a comment, how bout leave your real name. That's what nice folks do and only nice folks get their comments published now.
Anywho, I am definitely looking forward to Ju Ju and Jo Jo's wedding is in 31 days!! Holy Cow, it's so close!! I am finally getting my dress altered Thursday and we finally booked our hotel room! Yippee for getting things done! Now all that's left is driving down there, having a blast at her bachelorette party (which I can't wait for!), and seeing her as a beautiful bride! I am so very excited to be a part of her very special day!
Time to go....American Idol is about to come on and I can't be missing that!! I'm definitely rooting for David (the 17 year old boy who is amazing) and Jason (the guy with the dreads)! Whoo hoo!
But before I go, here are MORE pictures of my cute little Libby, Mimi, and Aubbie. Can you even imagine how many pictures I will post when Rhett and I actually have "real" children?? Whoa, it will be alot for sure!! Have a nice rest of the week and weekend everyone and remember to Spring Forward and set your clocks ahead! Peace out!

Aubbie does not like that baby gate! She is a sad girl!

Awww! Mimi and Libby just eatin' and drinkin' away!

She's such a devil kitty!

How cute is she??!

My little Libby
