Friday night, Rhett's parents babysat Lyla Bug so Rhett and I could have a date night. The original plan was to go out to eat and then go see a movie. However, that didn't happen. By the time dinner (@ Tokyo BTW) was over, we were both so tired so we just decided to go home and sleep! Our lives are so exciting now right?! HA! That's how it is now with a babe. When we have free time, all we want to do is REST! Anywho, we had a very nice night nonetheless.
Saturday morning we picked little Ly up from her gparents and took her downtown to the egg drop! Talk about craziness! There were thousands of kids down there! We met our friends Jill and Justin and their little girl Kennedy down there and we had so much fun! Ly got her 10 eggs (the rules were only 10 eggs per kid, but some people did not listen!) and we won a little gift card to Famous Daves. Whoo hoo. After the egg drop, we met The Manny's at Sonny's for some yummy BBQ!

Sunday was of course Easter. We got all dressed up and went to church. After church we went to Rhett's Aunt Cherie's house and had a little family get together and of course, an egg hunt! Lyla did pretty good with the egg hunt. She saw some eggs, went to them, and picked them up. We just had to help her put them in the basket. We had a great Easter! However, that Sunday night I had to lock myself in the bedroom and take a 4 hour driving course online. I am a speed demon and I got a ticket back in December and I have been putting it off since then! I'm so bad! It sucked, but it's done at least! YAY!
